The Berengaria Knights Chapter 326 is a long established well represented Lodge in the Grand Lodge of Cyprus, based in Limassol. There are two Knights Chapters on the Island, the other based in Larnaca and recently renamed, St George of Cyprus. Membership of a Knights Chapter requires achieving the degree of Knight Order of Merit (KOM) which can be achieved in a minimum of four years and of course subject to passing an examination to become a ‘Certified Primo’ (CP). The role of a Knight and the responsibility of a Knights Chapter is to ‘at all times maintain and defend the rights and privileges of our Order.‘

A Knights Chapter has an agenda for meetings very similar to an ordinary Lodge. In place of a Worthy Primo, a President is elected and serves that position for 12 months. The other Officers of the Chapter do likewise.
